RND AUTOMATION ACQUIRES MDC PACKAGING MACHINERY

RND Automation & Engineering, LLC announced today that it has acquired the assets of MDC Packaging Machinery, a manufacturer of horizontal and vertical form, fill, and seal packaging machinery, as well as rollstock thermoformers and tray sealers.
